Marinated mushrooms, Yellow and Red Fire Roasted Tomatoes, Cured Sausages with a variety of Mustards, Hand-rolled Mozzarella, thinly sliced Parma Ham, Capicola, Genoa Salami and aged Provolone, Kalamata Olives, Tuscan Marinated Artichokes, Fire Roasted Eggplant Relish, Roasted red Peppers, Hummus, Homemade Focaccia and many Crostini breads to “Make your own Crostini”

Classic Raw Bar

Our experienced shucker will open a selection of local little necks and oysters served on the half-shell with homemade sauces to include; Citron-spiked cocktail sauce, Sake-lime, Tabasco-lemon, fresh lemon, grated horseradish, fiery hot sauces and a mignonette sauce. This detailed display is served from our miniature dory…overflowing with fresh seaweed and garnishments from the sea.

Sushi Display

Our experienced chefs will “hand roll” a delectable assortment of only the freshest catch and ingredients available. The selection includes: Maki, Tekka Maki, spicy tuna, scallop or salmon “Hand Rolls”, East Rolls and California Rolls to mention just a few. Our chef will cook the sushi rice right in front of you and hand roll sushi of your choice…A true authentic experience.

In this interactive display, our Chef will prepare dishes to order for your guests….Using only the freshest homemade pastas or best quality dried pastas- Choosing 2 of the Following Pastas:  Tri-Colored Tortellini, Ravioli, Bow Tie, or Classic Penne.  Napped with a choice of homemade sauces to include; Marinara, a classic Alfredo sauce, and Pesto.  Condiments include freshly shredded Parmesan-Regianno and Fontina Cheeses, Baby Mozzarella, , Sweet and Spicy Sausage, Grilled Shrimp, Prosciutto and Peas , Sauté of Portabella Mushrooms ,Roasted Red and Yellow Peppers Artichoke Hearts, and Grilled Zucchini and Summer Squash and Tuscan Breads
